Both: salty ramen, pancake with creme fresh and arugula, yummy cocktails. 
Server: nice cute waiter but not as good of service as Capitol Grille
Note: smelled fishy

Server: efficient Chinese women
Note: loved the ambiance, felt like I could hang out forever
